As a free-lancer, John continued his commercial career while simultaneously venturing into editorial publication. In addition to providing image solutions for local businesses and ad agencies, John made repeated contributions to Ladies Home Journal, Black Enterprise, Slam, Louisville Magazine, GM Works, and more. At Fitzio, Inc., John also provides clients with copywriting and concept development.
In addition to photography, John also developed skills as web designer and in 1995 was the first professional photographer in Louisville to post images on the web while working with Internet Sports, Inc.
John is a former faculty member of the Commercial Art Department at Jefferson Community College.
John is represented by Pyro Gallery and has exhibited his photographic prints there, as well as Vincenzo’s and The Huff Gallery.
Recently, John began to pursue his dreams of being a filmmaker. His first film released in August 2010 was a finalist in the LinkTV international film competition.
During her years as a free-lance designer, Elise has produced award winning and effective marketing and communication materials for an impressive list of clients including, Brown & Williamson, Brown-Forman, Thomas Industries, Decora Cabinets, Humana, Ten Broeck Healthcare and Atlas Machine.
Identity development and logo design are some of Elise’s strongest skills.
Elise is a former faculty member of the Commercial Art Department at Jefferson Community College. Elise gives her design services to a number of non-profit agencies in the community.
Elise’s new passion is honoring her fine art gifts by painting portraits, landscapes and still lifes.
